At NUIT Clothing Atelier, we take great pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment does not meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all atelier tags remain attached and the garment is in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our studio, our team will inspect the piece and process your refund or store credit within 7-10 business days.
